Happy: I noted a large discrepancy in my student aid numbers. Got all pissed off and marched up to the aid office to give them a piece of my mind. A friend was behind the counter, knew exactly what I was going to ask, and it just turns out that they do aid disbersement in a funky way (split up into two pieces). Turns out, I still have ~$2000 coming next month. ^_^

yea, they do that to make sure you are actually going to attend classes instead of running away and  spending that $2k of "free money" on hookers and blow without even trying to get an education.
My roommate did something like that with his inexplicable free ride.

Meh, the tenured professors always bogart the best hookers anyways.

No word of a lie, one of my old professors was actually found dead in a brothel. He had a heart attack while "under" a young lady of negotiable affection.

I found out that the local library had Journey to the West so I checked out the first volume. Man I wish that classic western literature had a book this crazy awesome, would make English homework a lot more entertaining.

I'm pretty sure that's in the Top 5 list of "ways to die".

I finished House of Cards earlier. Damn, that's a good show. I'm sad I haven't seen more stuff with Kevin Spacey in it before now, because he's brilliant.

Why is "under" in quotes? That's a legitimate position.

Some good Kevin Spacey movies are Usual Suspects, American Beauty and if I recall correctly he voices the robot in Moon, which is also pretty excellent either way.

Probably because the report(er)s were trying to not outright say 'He of the tenured university fellows was in a brothel having sex and died of a heart attack'

Going out drinking and whoring is an ancient university tradition that goes back to the fine Jesuit institutions of the Old World in times of yore. No shame there.  :P

Toying around with Cataclysm:DDA when I should technically be doing some schoolwork. >.>

On my first survivor ever, I'm wandering the road looking for buildings to raid. A fellow survivor armed with a juto runs up to me and orders me to "drop my goddamned weapon". I'm wielding a canteen, which may or may not be goddamned, I haven't really wielded it for long enough to tell.

Much lullery was had at the mental imagery.

Been playing even MORE Darklands and it's still just as good or better than I remembered.

In recent events in game my party has killed a dragon, liberated several villages from their oppressive lords, killed at least 8 raubritters, destroyed 4 satanic villages, killed dragon cultists, got a demon stuck on a bridge fillabustering with saint Dominic for my leaders soul, and killed a bunch of oppressive slave driving Dwarves and their giant dwarf (The mind boggles) leader.

This game is still awesome.
