ASTRONOMERS REPORT NEW CELESTIAL OBJECT CALLED "THE POINT" HAS JUST FLOWN PAST THE MOON AND WILL BE OUTSIDE THE SOLAR SYSTEM BY TUESDAY

The irony behind my reaction to this statement is beyond words.

By Tuesday? Thing's moving at a fair clip, isn't it?

Clearly fast enough for me to miss it.

I agree. The point was that it made me happy so I posted it here, and then we got into an argument as to whether or not it would start an argument, and nobody really seemed to care about the original post besides the fact that it could spawn an argument.

Well, I was asleep at the time, but it does seem rather dumb and flame-baity to me.

Anyway, my Happy is that I somehow woke up before midday! Now, time to go buy some iced coffee and bottled water.

Then you get cities like Paris where you should basically just kill yourself already.

You won’t have to think anymore: it’ll be just like having fun!

Winter break is almost over. This means that soon, I'll be able to resume my regularly scheduled life instead of just sitting on my ass and drinking a ton of coffee when I'm not working.

Just saw into the woods with GF, my sister, and my mom.
It has some funny scenes but the whole movie is singing and it's annoying and the title of the movie is repeated thousands of times during the movie so that got old quick
The only thing that kept me entertained was cracking jokes about things going on in the movie back and forth with GF

Holy crap, I just finally saw American Psycho.
I can see why it's so renowned... in fact, I thought it was a much older film due to it being a classic even when I was a kid, when it had only recently come out.

...it's based on a stage musical and actually does a pretty good job of sticking to the original content. You seriously didn't expect singing?

I didn't know what it was
The way the commercials played out made it look like it was just going to be a story telling movie.
I mean I expected a but of singing but not every line being sung.
I thought it was going to be like all those old fairy tales wrapped into one good movie, I'll give it this though it did keep to the slightly morbid bits of the original stories.
