After almost fifteen years, I think I've found a way to get a least a chance to dispel my migraines if they're still in the halo/lights stage and have not progressed to the full blown green-bubbling-poison-acid-goop-on-back-of-eyeball stage.

I am so happy right now.

Also my skin feels like its vibrating, which is weird.

Or slightly sub-par emulators.
It is, but there's exactly one that works vaguely like you want it to, so...

Popped liquid migraine pills mixed in a glass of water, shotgunned to avoid the taste? That works for me at least.  Sometimes quick working isn't quick enough.

Pain pills, caffeine, water, sleep was about all I could do, but my migraines (mercifully) fell away outside of high school. Once the aura hit (hello, partial blindness, it's weird only being able to read the first half of every word), it was a visit to the nurse's office, a quick call to my folks, and a short walk home and into bed in a rush to beat the pain.

I do not miss those days.

Today I found myself standing inside Rick & Morty's garage, Bob's Burgers, Sidorovich's office in the Cordon, and staring down the F.E.A.R. girl nose-to-nose.  I also climbed a giant robot.

Not bad, some pretty good stuff you got there.

no but seriously what's this about, are we talking like 'took the day off and played my favorite things' or are we all like 'i'm going to enjoy this figment of reality while it careens wildly into the next one'

That only works for headaches due to hyperviscosity.

4-6 of those (Excedrin, by personal preference) is my fallback if I have to be a productive programmer and the halo doesn't evaporate. I'm oddly comforted that I'm not the only one who does this, but my partner has been trying to convince to save my kidneys and not mainline painkillers.

What's been working for me recently is to take a 10-15 minute break and run up and down stairs while hyperventilating. By hyperventilate, I mean sucking as much air as fast as is humanly possible while running up and down stairs until the calves start to burn. From there, I try to keep my breathing as deep and quick as possible for the next twenty minutes or so, which, for reasons I don't quite comprehend, makes my skin fill like it's vibrating all over. This could be the fact that I'm fucking with my blood pH, but I don't really care. Last two halos have broken up and floated up without sinking into my skull and exploding, so I'm going to continue with this until it's evidently nothing more than coincidence and mysticism.

Hyperventilating really does make you feel like your skin is vibrating, if you do it for more than 10 minutes or so, nothing uncommon.

Also, have you tried inhaling pure oxygen? My father has a chronic seasonal headache problem, and he told me that the moment he inhaled pure oxygen, it was if the migraine floated out of him.

O boy, i have finally finished cleaning the FUCK out of my keyboard and set myself up on our new desk, and holy fucking shit it made an astronomical difference on the keyboard! I may have missed a few spots, but removing the disturbingly thick layer of dust and gunk on the sides of every single key on the keyboard made it look near-pristine. I'll take the missed spots tomorrow, i am SICK of cleaning keyboard right now. :v

... next time i have to do this, i'm just gonna buy a new keyboard

So... I was on penicillin AND a powerful anti-histamine recently

And one thing that happened is all the sores and hives on my body have disappeared... I always thought it was just a skin condition and I was meant to be hideous forever...

I seriously wonder which of the two caused this.

Prooobably the antihistamine. Might be allergic to a food you regularly consume. Wheat and milk would be my first two guesses.
