How about College Students eventually getting real jobs?

Despite what we might think, you can't stay in college forever...
Unless you become a professor...

It is all part of the "Sleepers upgrade" aspect. Since it isn't only College students who eventually get jobs.

Likewise, its also possible for people to lose jobs?  That Arch-Conservative Radio Personality might not be able to keep a hold on his job so easy once he starts spouting liberal propaganda, especially if people stop listening to the radio entirely.  And your CEO might also have more trouble keeping his position once laws become more anti-corporate.

Possibly sleeper skills could affect this?

I think sleepers should be removed, to be honest.  Just make being LCS members have lives outside of LCS.  Having normal occupations would not only allow more complex strategies, but it would reduce the grind somewhat, as each member doesn't need you to tell them what to do every day.  They could have networks of friends and people outside the LCS as well, which they could influence.
Example for greater detail:
-Recruit an L teacher.  Since teaching is a role that could influence people easily, tell them to only check in once a month so that the conservatives don't get suspicious.  The teacher first lays low for awhile, and donates a portion of his spare cash each time he meets with the LCS.  After a few months, the teacher's acquaintances think he is neutral.  So the teacher begins spouting liberalism in class.  He makes it for a year or so, but then gets fired for trying to pressure students into his ideology.  He then sells his house and moves in with the active LCS, teaching recruits.  One of his students which was very liberal starts meeting with the LCS.
-A law student is recruited, and is told to meet every weekend.  The teacher, now jobless, gives the student lessons every weekend until he is skilled.   The student completes his schooling ahead of time, and becomes an active lawyer.  He gains income every week, and is assigned to an apartment, the cost of which is completely covered by his occupation.  He then starts meeting with the LCS only once every couple of months and starts spouting conservatism.  He gets hired by a conservative company a few years later and gets dirt that way.
-After an expedition into a conservative company where many people were shot, an investigation finds out that the weaponry involved was funded by the lawyer, he then loses his job, his respect, and is imprisoned for his crimes and confesses to being involved with the LCS.  Information about where he got orders from is given up, and the base that he went to to receive orders is raided.

Okay, yeah that's a lot of stuff, but it seems more realistic than the current setup.  Right now they abandon their entire lives to join the LCS.  They should have jobs and families outside of the LCS, which I think is what makes the game so grindy and limits the possibilities.
Public image should be a status, and communication between members of LCS should be specified and valuable.  The whole basis of the game is around control of information, so why make more strategies related to it.

Information is power.  A bunch of people living their everyday lives by day are by night wreaking vengeance on conservatism.

And stuff....
