Well, I got a message from a sleeper that " There's going to be a raid on the Desert Eagle Bar and Grill ", right?
So they do... And now by the (W)ait key, there's the message that " You cannot wait until the siege is resolved. "...
And I've been waiting, staring at this for like ten minutes. I have no idea if this an error or what. Help me?

Did you try engaging in combat? See, you can't postpone a siege after they attack you and rush in. Try pressing F (and be ready for a bloody fight).

You may need to press z a few times to tab over to the safehouse in question.

The problem is, that it's still my enemy's safehouse... there isn't any option to fight!

See? It's my enemy's safehouse - thus, pressing F on any and all screens does nothing, whilst pressing Z, again, accomplishes nothing.

I got a message from a Sleeper that "The CIA is planning a raid on Desert Eagle Bar & Grill", and then they did, and now I'm stuck. Pretty epic fail. Any idea how I can go into the files and change it's "Under Siege" status - or, better yet, how to revert to an older save and take the safehouse over?

There is no older save. I suggest you upload the save somewhere so someone else can take a look at it and determine the problem.

You could theoretically hack the save, but it would be pretty hard -- best to just delete the save and restart. In other circumstances I might want the save, but in this case wouldn't worry about it; I can guess what the problem is in the code pretty precisely, and the save would only verify that the problem is that the CIA is raiding a safehouse you don't own. I'll throw this bug on the Sourceforge.net tracker so that there's a permanent record so it can be fixed later when I have time, but for now... I'm really sorry. There's no way to break out but to delete the save.

Actually, I save scum every three days - I was wondering if there would be a way to go back and time and take over the safe house before it comes under siege, seeing as how I have a save every three days. Is it possible to take over CCS safehouses in the 4.05 version? If so, how? Sorry for all the nubiness. Thanks.

To take over the safehouse, you need to kill 25 Conservatives in one day. I think.

Try recalling your sleepers at their safehouse -- the CIA might not raid if there are no Liberals there. Even if they already plan to, they'll just show up and realize they have nothing to do.
