Hey! It was cool meeting everyone. Also, the guy who invented Magic: the Gathering came out. He is a fan of DF!

Yeah, he also designed RoboRally, the game that a bunch of people were playing.

Whoa!

That was fun!  I hope everybody that came by enjoyed themselves, and that the people watching were also suitably entertained.

Hey, that guy's kids go to the school where I teach!  I should've recognized him.

I came on about an hour in or so around 9:30 and left at midnight (both CST here) since I had homework to get done. Hoping the rest was recorded, it sounds like it got quite entertaining after I left (always happens. :P)

I caught the first half-hour or so, then my internet decided to get really flaky, so I had to miss the rest in favour of futzing with the system.  From what I heard while it worked, though, was that several people were trying to record the live-feed, so at least one of those should have worked, and I hope the successful person(s) will post the recording.  Also, maybe add a link or something in this thread so that all interested parties know where to get it?

Actually, procaster automatically uploads all the video it shoots; if you click the "on demand" button on the livestream page, you'll be given a list of all the individual broadcasts to choose from.

Why do all the cool people have to live in the US? Then again, maybe it's a good thing I couldn't come, I'd just have embarrassed myself and creepy everyone out by my creepy-fan-ness, and the fact that I'm just as generous with hugs in real life as on forums...
