I couldn't sleep last night due to nightmares about the liver biopsy I had. Basically every problem I've ever had with metal things being near/in my body was embodied in that procedure. I can't believe I didn't scream and run out of the room. I would have taken any size scar they wanted to give me if it meant they could have knocked my ass out.

My sprained back feels the smallest, tiniest bit better sometimes, but the other 98% of the time it feels like my back muscles are ripping themselves in half one fiber at a time. Basically I'm just holding out hope that the doctor can prescribe me some Good Shittm tomorrow, and not send me to a back specialist who sends me to a foot specialist who sends me to a toe specialist who sends me to a lower leg specialist...

I know that it's probably really the best thing for all involved, but it's still really weird to be cleaning out my stuff from her apartment.

The dogs are also upset because they know something's happening, but don't understand what or why. They're just looking at me with concern and whining.

No idea how I'm gonna hold up once GF gets back and we have the conversation that makes her no longer my GF.

EDIT: Everything's been moved out, more or less. Been sitting here waiting for her to come back for a couple hours. I don't feel so good.

I ended all my government programmes today.
Voluntarily? You got anything else lined up for afterwards?

That happens fairly often, it's good to keep prepared.

So, jokes aside, is this a good or bad thing? Like if I ended the programs my family is a part of it would mean we aren't poor anymore. You gonna be alright?
