Oh hey, that was a favorite of my ex's as well! But without the tomato, onion and bell pepper... Just a jar of store-bought marinara, and a fuckload of ground meat. Sometimes pork, sometimes beef, sometimes chicken. Always fucking tragic.

Usually people rub their heads for erotic-festive purposes. The image in question is (probably) not the case though

The same fungal infection that had made them wear flashy outfits and disrupted their motor functions has finally matured and is ready to burst through their craniums to spread its spores. The pain is unbearable.

What makes you so sure tat's Power Rangers? Could be Super Sentai.

not sure what that is, but I think it’s power rangers because I remember commercials and I may have watched a Morpheus episode when Iwas younger

That looks like a way to express pain in response to a psychic or sonic attack. Presumably the gimmick of one of the monsters of the week that featured in power rangers and/or super sentai.

Super Sentai is the Japanese (meta)series that Power Rangers is an adaptation of. Most of the footage that has people in costume in Power Rangers is taken from one of the Super Sentai shows and dubbed over, while footage out of costume was filmed in the US. The plots are basically unrelated though.

Super Sentai is basically a loose collection of different series with the unifying premise being that they all wear similar costumes and fight costumed monsters. The actual stories involved are rarely if ever linked to any other series.

It's the reason for the Power Rangers going through power changes that include costume changes, due to running out of sentai footage using any particular set of costumes, discrepencies in the appearance of the rangers in and out of costumes and other quirks/oddities of the franchise.
