. . . Yeah, Origin reeks; Steam is only okay because it really acts as a secondary, opt-in distro service..
Still don't see the hate with Origin, there are more worse platforms out there and luckly Origin seems to be trying to move towards a steam-like experience.
The whole 'spies on your computer' thing.

My friend flaked on me again yesterday, though this was because he passed out due to exhaustion. I was really worried about him and now I know it was for good reason. Also a prominent member of my mother's church passed away and while I myself never knew the guy I couldn't help but feel sad for him and those he left behind.

Friend!

Thanks, I will take a look when I can, but... I've tried a lot of different online tutorials and stuff. Idk why I never seem to get it. It's the same with other complicated stuff. Maybe I just have a simple brain or something. :(

Or maybe it takes everyone a hell of a lot of work to understand complicated stuff.  That's why we call it complicated...

People need to understand this more. No, I'm not "just smarter" than you, I learned to read at the age of 3 and didn't stop from there. Yes, I may have gotten a bit of a head start, but dammit that doesn't mean you're out of the race.

Come Monday I will have to put up with having my siblings in close proximity for a few days. They intend to hone in on my snow...

I've started drinking already to take the edge off the overwhelming sense of dread. I don't get along with my sisters very well. I really just wish they would leave me the fuck alone.

I woke up sick so I won't be able to do anything interesting today =(  It's an upper respiratory infection and I need to kill it now, so it doesn't morph into pneumonia.

Wait, I've lost track of modern tech levels. Do we have shrinkage yet? And paradox tech?

Oh god, I'm just a little bit sick.  I don't need to be stoned or drunk.

So what you're telling us is that you need to be stoned and drunk?

Damn, I never knew you were that hardcore.

Try eating a ton of garlic, my grandma always recommends that.

Actually, garlic is a folk remedy for flu and common cold in multiple cultures. I just recommend it to everyone with these conditions because the side effects are kinda funny.
