This has nothing to do with science though.
Just things about my crush >.>
Ah, right.

I'm afraid that, much like Randall Munroe, my normal approach is useless here.
I have determined my approach and it is generally just try as hard as I can while putting my fingers in my ears and yelling "LALALALALA" to drown out doubts.

Also thanks for cheering me upm guys :P

The girl from work I wanted to ask out wasn't working during my shift today (it's not super surprising since we don't normally work the same shifts, but I was still disappointed). And now I don't know when I'm likely to see her again (technically I could probably just check the shift schedule, but I think that might be creepy).

Creepy: asking an employee of a place where you don't work, when a specific person is in.  (Illegal to answer, in some places, as well.)

Not Creepy: looking at the schedule of the place where you *do* work.

Don't worry about it!

Ugh. I caught a cold. Better now than in a month when finals are going on, I suppose.

First GCSE exam (well not really because I did one last year but that was statistics and doesn't count) is tomorrow.
I'm not even panicked, just kind of empty. Resigned maybe.

I am not good at feelings and I'm not sure I can even come up with a proper one here.

Exam tomorrow at 9:15 am. I have four essays to learn, of which only three will be asked, and I have to restrain myself to 35 minutes per each three/four page essay. I have to include scholarly quotes, I have to make argument, and I have to put this eloquently in as little space as possible. This is, I think, a quarter of the total result. Another quarter is in a week's time in a ten page essay (Which, again, I have to remember) and then two more papers at the end of next year. And this is only one subject of four.

Ninja'd by Graknorke. I am the opposite of resigned. I am stressed, worried, and frantically going over essays. It's A level though, not GCSE.

*A-Level High Five!*

Anyone else put revision off late enough that now there just isn't time?

I think I may have. The sheer volume, or the impact of, what I have to learn is only know pressing on me. Before, I was worried. Now I'm border scared.

Anyway, *Returns High Five*

When's your first exam, and what is it? Are you upper or lower sixth?

U6, though I've got FP1 (Maths) on friday, cause I've done maths/further maths weirdly (ie. 1 whole a level each year)

What University you hoping to go to? I'm going to apply to Oxford (I haven't a chance, and I don't particularly want to leave home anyway) Queens (Belfast) and Edinburgh.

Actually, asking that seems a bit prying. Instead, what qualification are you going on to do?

I really wish schizophrenia wasn't one of those things people could pass down. It's bad enough when Janet freaks out over how messed up she feels sometimes and I need to convince her that she's okay anyway, but when it's her daughter starting to show more severe symptoms? Meaning she's got it too?

Yeah that makes for a pretty rough day. On both her and me.
