Me dad got a tocket for going 1km/h over the limit. And here I thought the Belgian traffic cops had worse stuff to take care of.

you literally cannot give people tickets unless they go at least 3km/h over the speed limit because around 3 is the error margin of the measurement taking device(tm)

A cop car can get a perfectly fine measurement by pacing you, matching your speed with their own vehicle. That's what happened to me.
