Because openly discussing another user will he's still around would no doubt lead to complains. Consider it a reflection of how people actually felt - they no longer repress their feelings out of politeness or fear of banhammer. Any baggage is cleared and then we move on. Well, you're correct that I need to think more positively, and actually that's what I'm trying to do.

You're partially correct in your other statements as well. Those are good places to begin having goals and bad places to end.

Take "friends" for example, (because it is conceivably one of the more fixable ones?). I've found it's not a matter of just knowing a bunch of people, but rather the kind of people you want to know. Accepting me for how I am is an excellent starting point, but eventually you're gonna want more than just that (Though I appreciate being tolerated instead of lynched, that doesn't pass a fun night by itself). The matter becomes what interests do I have, what things do I like/strive for and does anybody else share those?

I've found people who play board games (Settlers of Catan, etc) seem to manage well with me.
Same thing, to some extent with gamers and RPG players.

Those are good activities to pass time. (and the RPG players conceivably wouldn't find a hobby like worldbuilding too weird).

Beyond that, it's a matter of what on earth I'd ideally like out of life/what to dream about.
