Computer showing no signs of ever being not-fucked enough to let me play games on it ever again.

Primary purpose is dead now.

Least its fixed enough for Secondary and Tertiary purposes now. (Porn and Bay12, in that order :P)

My UCAS form is annoying me.
My advice, get it done and out of the way ASAP. The feeling of it being done and dusted is amazing.

Nearly finished, but the Education Section is a killer.

Edit: Can someone tell me when it has to be finished for, btw? My careers teacher says Friday, internet says a few months...

Depends. UCAS's deadline and your college's deadline may be different - teachers need to write references, the school needs to send them off etc...
Basically, work to your college's, and everything should go fine. Then if something goes wrong there's a bit of time to work with.

Welp. Went in to talk with an on campus mental health counselor thing. Made the mistake choice of being completely honest and mentioning my regular suicidal thoughts and as a result what was meant to be a 15 minute session, so I was told, went on for over an hour. So, uh, yeah. Wound up half an hour late to my next class because walking distances yo.

On the bright side, I may or may not get help. So I may or may not get better as a result of doing this. Depends on the quality of the psychology or psychiatry or whatever. Also whether or not I get any anti-depressant medication and whether or not said medication does anything.

Soooo....first step on the road to not being a worthless sadsack all the time. Probably a happy thing, but it seems wrong to post in the happy thread on a subject like chronic depression and suicidal intrusive thoughts. Also it's debatable whether or not anything will come of this anyway.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeee.

Well, damn.

One of my old, from elementary school, friends' dad apparently died last night. My parents are quite close with theirs, so it's hitting them hard.

Reportedly, he was exercising with some business associates in LA when he had a heart attack. They say he died immediately, so there's that.

He was 55. Same age as my own father, born in the same month even.

He'd been under quite a bit of stress for a while, and had recently put on a bit of weight and those as well as the American Diettm probably game him a good chance for it, but it's still terribly unexpected for his family.

This sucks immensely, and I'm pretty sure the next week or so is going to be hectic for everyone here. :-\
