They're both in America, and I don't know what state the guy lives in. I don't recall if they've met in person before but I think she mentioned that they were going to meet sometime in the near future.

The age of consent here in Georgia is 16, iirc. I doubt that anything sexual will happen between them (willingly) as she's gay. But yeah pessimism

I'm not aware if her parents know, but she's asked me to not to tell anyone (in meatspace, presumably. Should have specified.) so I don't know what to make of that.

My thoughts exactly.

In other news, how much racism can you insert into one meal?

My parents apparently want to find out. :l

Hey! Dating doesn't always mean sex..
I've been dating for over a year and still a vergin (by choice).

Also I seem to have been in a bit of a slump for a while...

...what? Why, then, are they "dating"?

She says he makes her happy, so yeah. Being sexually attracted to the same sex doesn't mean that you can't romantically like a member of the opposite as far as I'm aware.

As Cryxis said, dating doesn't always mean sex.

What?
It's the fifth of may, Cinco de Mayo, being the American Mexian independence day. Naturally Americans make a big deal about it because freedom fuk yea and so my parents feel that it would be best to mention as many negative stereotypes and slurs and stuff as possible because yay they got their independence. woo now lets eat burritos.

Yeah. Today's just the anniversary of defeating a French invasion of Mexico.

I was so, so hoping that you'd typod it as "vegan" there. I was going to make a witty quip and it would have been great.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

I think she mentioned that they were going to meet sometime in the near future.

You should make sure she doesn't go alone, if you can't stop her from going. Not having a minor go alone to meet up with an internet person is like the first rule of internet safety.

This may be a weird thing to complain about, but my calves have been abnormally sore for the last two or three days. Sure they're normally a little strained after a karate session but this is a different kind of pain, one where even standing up hurts. And it's just the calves too, not the thighs or anything. It's odd.
Do they feel... Hot? Warmer than the rest of the body? If so you might need to rest a bit, if not you should probably check it at an infirmary, there are some small meds that is meant exactly for that.
Not hot, just sore. I should go check it at a clinic probably since it's lasted around 3 days now.
