On a side note, will the game start with a day or night phase?  Granted, a night start might end up with people who die without having said a word, but for a Dwarf Fortress forum game that may be just the type of fun we're looking for.

Night first might be a nice change, since nobody's VT (we think) it would mean lots and lots of role use.
