How to tell how much of a certain stock you have?

Just curious how to go about finding out exactly how much of a certain good you have. For instance Id like to find out how much alcohol I have sitting around so I know if I should bother making more or concentrate on something else for the time being.

'z' for the stocks screen.  Just like it says on the basic controls list (center or right side of the screen)

For future reference, this would generally be asked in the "gameplay questions" forum.

'z' gives you an overly broad overview, or left-arrow over to the "stocks" to get an overly specific view.  For the latter you need to assign a bookkeeper, a concept you can look up on the wiki.
