I'd like to know how to mod in custom ones of each of these, and what each of the various tags do.

(Under reaction_zombie ,Part of the zombie total conversion mod since it adds SMGs, pistols, air rifles, etc.

Is BULLET a metal matgloss? If it isn't, where BULLET is now needs to be a metal type.

Other than that, it looks fine - MINIMUM_SIZE:7 will make it unusable by the default dwarfs though, not sure which races you're planning on using. I assume TWO_HANDED is lower than MINIMUM_SIZE because you want it to always be two-handed in melee.

Its going to be used by the military, one of the custom civs in the game[M1A4..Military? Yeah, heh.] BULLET is used elsewhere, so i'm pretty sure itll be good. Also, heres the stuff for the military civ so i can make sure they will produce it so i can spawn w/ it.

SPEED:0? That's teleportation...

Are you sure all those jobs and such are appropriate as well? It might be worth the time to make the civ a little more flavoursome by fine-tuning the entity entry.

Few issues- SPEED:0 is very very fast, though due to the speed cap isn't quite teleportation.
M1A4s are made of
[REAGENT:1:WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_MOLD_SHOT:METAL:NO_MATGLOSS]. This is the thing for shotgun ammo production, and isn't available to the military anyway. Copy and paste one of the WEAPON_NAME_PARTS and rename it M1A4 in item_weapon instead of whatever weapon name you had, and change
[REAGENT:1:WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_MOLD_SHOT:METAL:NO_MATGLOSS] in the smelter reaction to
[REAGENT:1:WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_M1A4_PARTS:METAL:NO_MATGLOSS].

In entity_defult you missed a ] on the end of the M1A4's ammo. Also if you follow the advice of my last paragraph you'll need to add [WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_M1A4_PARTS].

If I was able to find my zombie mod version of df I'd be able to help more, but I can't find it at the moment.
