Needs more this guy.
How about this guy.

i already made the rabbit one time. it was the age of the dwarf because of the mountinous biome saving them

I just realized, after adding the new body parts to the other races, that I have an entire squad of dwarves with a shield in each hand and swinging their axes with their penises. There's nightmare fuel for those goblins, in more ways than one.

You're completely right.  Now there are night stalkers.  Since they're offshoots of bats, they can also be found in all the places bats used to be, too.

After adding him, I genned the world and got things set up.  We now have a thread!

Once, and only once, I managed to generate a world with an actual one square island, as in it all fit in one area. I filled embarked across the entire map, and was surrounded by water. Unfortunately, I never managed to survive to Autumn to see if anything happened.

My theory is that the game will just crash.

  • Phase 4: World Gen Age of Emptiness Death Better Respected than Adventure Mode Emptiness?  I'm embarking now.  It looks promising.
  • Phase 5: Age of Really Utter and Total Death; Extending Extinction to All Animal Life? My first attempt was to gen a world with the raws pretty much purged of animal life; only the following were still in the files:
    Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The world genned just fine, got some pretty decent legends out of it, too, but I must have been missing something mission-critical because it consistently crashed on 'e: Embark'.  I'll delay further testing until getting some results on Phase 4.

I'm a little late, but I suspect the crash was due to a lack of [LARGE_PREDATOR] creatures in the embark region.  It uses them for the "ere the foo get hungry" part of the "Strike the earth!" screen.

Sorry to say, but such Islands have been found since the upgrade to 3D.  Which was a few years ago now.

Migrants just fail to show up.  No crash.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.
Just so I remember

Then such an island would be a good place to prevent traders (and thus new civs) from showing up, correct?

I believe the term you want is..... volcanic. Anyway, is this still going? I want to hear progress. If you need to kill time in adventure mode, sleep. A lot. Or Travel a lot.
