Tweak isn't working!

Every time I try to use one of the cheats in Gibbed's Dwarf Fortress Tweak, I get this message

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately
error 299

I would really like to get this working, but have no idea how! Any thoughts?

Which version do you use? Base 40d?
