Health Care Designations

I do not know how difficult it would be to implement, but I feel that the ability to designate a dwarf for health care would be very beneficial. In order to remove the necessity of praying your legendary engraver would find care from some helpful dwarf, you could instead designate said dwarf for health care in the same way you designate an animal for slaughter. This would be especially helpful in cases where dwarves pass out from exhaustion, because so far as I can see being unconscious doesn't designate dwarves for health care automatically, or at least it doesn't designate them to be carried to a bed.
