easier piling for plaster powder

just to get it out of the way: excuse my ignorance if I just missed something or there is already an easy solution for this, but one of the problems I have with hospitals is getting my plaster powder into the piles without the silliness and disorganization of spamming bag piles, trying to time it correctly and just hoping it works

I noticed the furniture pile's have the " 'u' Sand bag" option to allow sand bag storage in a particular pile or not; the thought occurs that allowing the same option of plaster powder would be a massive convenience and, from my (uneducated) perspective, not terribly hard to program in

A possible workaround?

Make hospital zone.
Fill with chests.
Set allowed plaster really high in hospital settings.
Set all other items to zero.
Wait for dwarves to fill hospital.
Delete zone.
...
Profit!

sounds solid, I'll try it for my new fortress  ;) but I still stand by the idea. works smoothly with the interface and even a noob whos fresh into the mines would be able to figure it out
