Stairs, walls, floors disappear

What is going on?

Could you give some more info?
Were you doing anything to that tile?
Like removing a floor or channeling?
Was there something you recall happening there?

Dragula:
No, I was not doing anything with those squares, I was building a roof out of floors 2 levels up. Then I noticed that 2 walls had disappeared and at the bottom level a "unknown" square that can't be built upon had appeared.
