Also, it looks like people bleed on enemy turn and allied turn? So it's effectively -2 HP per exchange?

Rule Question: If I back off and bandage myself to stop the bleeding, will I autofail because I don't have the healing skill?

If I can actually have a chance to bandage myself, I back off around the huts and do so. If I can't succeed, I will attack #2 without any regard for my own safety (so maybe a bonus to hit but a penalty to defense?).
