Title. The bin is Saguaro. It has nothing in it, is not forbidden, and was not available to build from b-h even when it was moved from a stockpile and bins were blocked from all stockpiles.

Bins aren't even buildable anyway, what are you talking about?

Edit: I see what you're getting at, you're thinking about coffers (as in chests) which are buildable and are a container. The b-h menu is for coffers and bags.
