HTML page for making items/creatures/etc
« on: February 01, 2008, 02:18:00 pm »

so ya.. i can't do html very well, at least forms. but the idea is vaguely simple, a fill in the blank, button, dropdown, filled html sheet that outputs a copy and paste of a creature, item, or something else you want that you can then paste into one of your DF files and poof, new creature, with out having to wonder if you missed stuff or why won't it work, cause all the default options that are required for that type of object will be automaticly added to the text upon picking it from the list... ok  i confuzzle anyone?

I was thinking of doing the same thing as an exe, but Javascripting it would be more universal, I suppose.

I think a small spreadsheet would do the job also.

Except it would be more painful to use.

Ideas include:
- Add attack (creates a new set of stats for an attack type)
- Temperature stats
- Body generator (add parts, check off boxes to make them [HEAD], [LIMB[, etc.)
