Suggesting a designation that would cause idle dwarves or whatever to collect all the junk lying around in an area and dump them outside the designation. Junk means all the damned rocks..

A "dump" designation instead. I spent more time designating the 20x30 area of raw stones for dumping, than the 23 loitering dwarves spent actually dumping them all.

Correction: loitering dark elves. Fast damn buggers.
