Kidnapping during Siege BUG

Well, I kidnapped a soldier during a siege.... and no chance to interrogate him. In fact, what happened is that my guy has a hostage even in the safehouse squad screen!!!

If it makes any difference, I kidnapped a soldier, then I reorganised him out after that.

Edit: And the game crashes if I try to send that guy to any site!
