Eek. Those things should really have some kind of [CANNOTCONVERT] flag. I couldn't get 'em hurt going into massive response situations and just holding down "s" until they were being attacked by as many conservatives as could fit in the square. Nothing could bring them down but counter-conversion, and they did enough damage that even that was a vanishingly small risk.

I dont think they should have a no convert tag just set their random wisdom up really high, past CEO level maybe around 20 or even more.  That way it would be really hard to convert them but could still provide fun.  I like the idea of a liberal being so good at the guitar that they can convert anyone.

Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.

I think that tanks should convert (and fight for you during the encounter), however when you recruit them, you should get a tanker (a solider who also has a decent driving skill, but no invulnerability) instead.

Giving you the tanker instead of their death machine would work. I'd be all for that; it'd also let us forgo the oddity of people not noticing you driving a tank up to the 6th floor of an apartment building.

Although... I'd also be fine with them being unconvertible to help add teeth to sieges. After all, the tanker(s) would most likely have hearing protection on, so your wondrous jams might be falling on deaf ear(phone)s...

There are so many disturbing implications behind seducing a writhing mass...

They turned me down after they found out I had another lover though.

Can you still recruit tanks? And how invulnerable are they?

I don't think so, and very.
