You are in a hallway running north and south. There are three doors on the western side, one on the northern side, and one on the eastern side, a brass plate mounted over it. There is a man standing and swaying a bit.

Examine the right side of your torso

[Labs]

You sit up and examine your torso. All you can see is a dark, throbbing bruise. After a few moments you get a wicked headache. You try to think back but all you can remember is a large man insulting you in the local tavern and he took a swing. You rub your head and stare at the wall for a moment.

Examine worktable for the sharpest, heaviest tool (in that order) and get it. Creep over and examine the occupant of the other bed.

As you saunter over to the table, the figure in the bed stirs. You examine the tools and find:
A Carving Knife [chipped]
A Hammer [rusty]
Nails (40)
A Saw [bent, chipped]
 
You select the carving knife and walk over to the bed. As you approach, the figure lets out a groan and rolls over, facing you. He appears to be a male, around twenty-ish. He has a bloody bandage on his head and a splint on his leg.
 
What do you do?

Ask him who he is

You relax a bit and ask the man his name. He replies in a shaky voice, "I am Del. And you are?"

You tell Del your name. He agrees that it is a very fine name indeed and yet he never speaks it aloud. (I suck at coming up with names)

You tell Del your name, Seth. He shrugs and sits up, wincing in pain. He then curses as he sees his leg. "Those bastards! I'll kill em all!"
