I look at this, and think of the Unkown Number bug from Pokemon.

Maybe there will be "Unknownium" in a future version of DF, then?

I look at this, and think of the Unkown Number bug from Pokemon.

Maybe there will be "Unknownium" in a future version of DF, then?

I'm hoping for Raritanium ore for my anti-magic field generator kit.  And maybe some Unobtainium for the quantum magma cannon.

Adamantine is many times stronger than steel, while having a density roughly 1/50th of steel.  It can be made into almost anything, and treated like a stone (in raw form), metal, or cloth.  It has functionally no melting point whatsoever. Adamantine IS unobtanium already by almost any engineering definition.
