Another Icelander here just to update. Iceland has just today formed it's highest waterfall. But substitute water with lava. Around 100-150 meter high, and it is a bit cheating as it is on a slight slope as well, but with the definition of waterfall here, it still fits.

yes, we have magmafalls, where the lava is pouring down the cliff.

here are live images from the volcano, the snow is covered by volcanic dust.

the lava is moving down a channel at 100-200 meters per day, and will soon move into the large river down in the valley.
