The tables and chairs are tipped over. A lone light flickers on and off, and you have the strangest feeling that someone, or something, is watching you.

Robert doesn't feel safe at all, and decides to leave. As soon as he reaches the door, he hears a screeching sound from outside. A small figure, hunched over on all fours, is gamboling towards Robert!

Robert backtracks, and locks the door. For good measure, he jams a chair under the doorknob. The figure reaches the door, and tries to ram itself through. The door begins to creak; Robert doesn't think it'll last long!

The door creaks, and finally collapses. The figure rushes into the room. Now that Robert has a better look at it, he rather wishes that he didn't. The figure has burned skin covered in weeping boils and scars, and its skin is a light grey, tinted red by the blood rain. It has two bulbous eyes with specks of soot for pupils, eyes that dart around, seeking its prey. Robert lashes out at it with his crowbar, hitting it in the back of its head. It screeches angrily and faces his, ready to pounce!

I may be getting into gun safety a little too much here. But no time for that now!

>whack it in the eye with the pointy bit of the crowbar and if it's dazed, drop the umbrella, whip out your lighter and see if this thing is flammable!

The thing lashes out at Robert, clipping him in the left arm. Robert dodges its taloned hand and stabs it in the eye with the crowbar's pointed end. The metal easily pierces the enlarged eyeball, spewing vitreous liquid and a yellowish ichor that can only be its blood. The thing wails for a moment, and falls still. Robert tries to pull out the crowbar, but then a surge of energy suddenly runs through his body. Robert's wounds suddenly heal themselves, and he feels better than before! He pulls the crowbar out, and wipes the gunk off on the corpse. Before anything else happens, Robert feels an unbearable pain in his right hand. He drops the crowbar and instinctively crawls towards the bar, seeking darkness. Before he blacks out, he finds out that the items on the bar was a box of .357 rounds, 12 gauge shotgun shells and a double barreled shotgun.

Robert suddenly comes to, but not in the bar. He finds himself standing at the beach, the beach where he and Meghan took the picture in his wallet. Something's... different. The sun shines brightly, the smell of seawater rushing over him. He sees a figure in the distance, and realizes that it's Meghan!
