upgrading data\objects
« on: September 03, 2006, 08:51:00 am »

I was wanting to change to the new version, and I noticed the files in data\objects change.  Do I need to copy these to the new version to keep my same world or just the stuff in data\save?

Thanks,
RtR

No, as far as I know you just need to copy over the save folder.

Note, however, that if you've made custom raw object files (available in the ./raw/ directory), you'll need to merge those with the ones provided in the newer versions, or else your previous worlds will be incompatible.

Only modders and tweakers tend to make or edit raw files, though, so this most likely doesn't pertain to you.
