The best I've seen to date was "Wolf Justice", who wasn't my founder but who did kick a disproportionate volume of ass (and actually, for this game I'd already nicknamed my founder "JUSTICE EAGLE", so you can imagine my surprise when Mr. W. Justice asked to join).

I once hit random name button until I got Angus MacGyver (Angus is his first name, explaining why he never uses it, I had to modify the source to be able to do this since the real name file has no Angus), he failed a liberal solo nightmare mode pacifist run but did a respectable job anyway. Once I had Michael Jackson, a fine guitarist.

I'm going to mention about the nicknames I use too: I usually nickname the founder only, unless I need extra clarification about someone's role. The names I usually use are:
Marx (general activist type)
Fancy Face (solo martial artist/nasty überpwnage gangster)
Vonnegut (solo pacifist)
Gandhi (Gandhi runs)

I treat nicknames as initiation into the "real" LCS.

Basically there are two levels in my LCS: Those who fight, and those who make money.  The 30 or so liberals who spam the fundraiser or other tasks don't get nicknames.  But those who have proven themselves in the field get nicknames.  The "true Liberal Name" (nickname) is usually bestowed upon reaching a point when the Liberal has the leadership to recruit new Liberals to the Squad.  Kidnapped people usually get insulting nicknames upon capture, like "Slave", "Pig", "Dumpsterdiver", etc.

Most sleepers usually do not get nicknames, but the lawyers and judges usually do because they have a greater impact on the squad's freedom of action.

When I build my Liberal Army, it gets so large that sometimes I just give people codenames according to which squad they're in. Squad 1 will be 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d,1e,1f. Squad 12 is 12a,12b,12c...
I then attach reminder appendixes to those with special skills. Like 1a Computer, or 2b Driver.

My founder usually has my screen name. I usually don't nickname anyone else, except is that person will be the second in command. Then I name him/her Azrael.

I've had my original founder die and be succeeded by a Child Worker, Hippie, Illegal Immigrant.... Kurt Ross is Grimith's mutant founder... Things on my todo list are Genetic Monster and Canine Hero founder.

My founder's Conservative name in my LCS Let's Get On With It adventure? Jesus Kaltenbrunner. I think the name's hilarious, and the fact he murmurred something about Jesus before his death only adds to the comedy.
