So, weapon skills are pretty self explantory. But how do I max out skills like science and religion? I got a lot of it by converting a priest and a eminent scientist, and having them teach. But how to raise the rest of the way? I don't think the shiny red button works past a certain lvl. Does talking to someone work to grind these past their own skill? (like if priest has 8 religion, can I get more than 9 religion talking to him?)

If you interrogate someone more skilled in these type of skills (IE they block your conversion with them), you'll get more skill in these areas.

LCS is designed so that whenever you need to use a skill, you will learn it.  So you will continue to learn by doing that activity that needs the skill until the skill is so high you almost always succeed.  In essense, you only learn skills as needed.

Which is essence is really a Conservative way of learning skills, lol!

The more liberal solution would be the establishment of a University in the University district where liberals can take night classes for outragous fees to learn any non-weapon skill.  Liberals LOVE needless education.

Science and religion are quite useless for anything else than interrogating so you don't really need them maxed...

...BUT science has the additional use of being able to shut down the nuclear plant. If you're going to get charged of terrorism, you want to reap all the benefits. Not much science is needed, and I think poosh da button actually trains science too if successful.
