Works for me
went from ~50 Fps to ~90 Fps on a 2.66 C2Q + 4870 on Win 7 64 bit
only thing is the colors are a bit off, and at first everything was all scrambled, but going full screen and back fixed that

Hey punks, after flexing my muscles and having sex with thousands of women, I decided to come over in my solid gold internet Ferrari and backflip into this thread to say this thing works like a charm. Almost as good as my own inventions. Well, I gotta go have sex at several awesome parties, see ya later loooosers!!! Internet Tough Guy, AWAYYYY!
LOL, well that made my morning.  ;D

I tried running it with Mayday's graphic set on, and it crashed on loading.

Turned graphics to off, and got about a 15-20 FPS boost in fullscreen mode, about the same while windowed.

I run it with mayday set as well, and it works like a charm. 20- 30 fps increase. Plus the nifty blue colour. Me likey :D.

Yeah I figured it  was in init.txt, but I opened it and ctrl+f'd "partial" and got nothing.

Went from 10-20 to 80-100+ in windowed mode, on a mac through crossover.

DF 2010 works faster with it. But i have some artifact tiles at the top and left edges of the DF screen with it.

Here is some measurement:
main menu = from 174 --> to 840 fps
game paused = from 117 --> 340 fps
game played = from 62-74 --> 127 fps

---
Core 2 duo 8400 (3.0GHz)
2Gb RAM
ATI Radeon 5770
Win XP SP3 32-bit

still waiting for merge with .40d to get ability to use .png tilesets with transparency...

take opengl32.dll out, make a new world, then close DF and put the file back in your DF folder.
