Prompt when merchants are ready to trade

This shouldn't be hard... but it'd be nice to have an alert come up when the merchants have unloaded and are ready to trade. When it's just a few elves and a mule or two, it's no big deal, but when the human caravan arrives with four wagons, it takes them the better part of forever to unload and I often forget about them in the course of dealing with more pressing concerns.

Only two of them, but it took forever for them to make it to the depot.
