Focus on birth

How do I disable camera focus on birth?
The new birth rate seems to be off the charts, and I can barely do anything without someone giving birth and having to scroll down a few dozen z levels to where I was.

In data/init/announcements.txt change the line [BIRTH_CITIZEN:A_D:D_D:P:R] to [BIRTH_CITIZEN:A_D:D_D:P], or, if you wish to get rid of the pause as well, then [BIRTH_CITIZEN:A_D:D_D].
