Treasure Pile Caves

Anyone know why some caves have a ton of goods, meat, or other stuff laying around outside?

Something lives in the cave that likes visiting the local towns and stealing stuff.
Details will be in the Legends of the world, if you can figure out who is in that particular cave.

Whoever it is though, it's Free Stuff. :)
