Farming Issue

is the behavior of farms entered anywhere in the raws? can i make mountain biome farms accept seeds?

I've done some experimenting and I think I've tracked down the origin of the bug.

It seems that if you put down a farm plot before you have any seeds the game keeps thinking that you don't have any available seeds even when they become available.

I've been able to reproduce this for above-ground farming, don't know about below-ground farming though.
