Looking for anything that allows you to play as a single player and/or coach.  Something with a career mode would be perfect.

Here's a few games that are similar or close to what I am looking for.

Major League Baseball 2K10
Madden
NCAA Football
New Star Soccer
Pretty sure there is a Hockey game too, just can't remember which one

There are also a number of text based games that allow you to own a team, OOTP, PureSim, Draft Day Sports and others.  These are not really what I'm looking for, I've played most of them if not all already and although a number of them are really good, it's more of a been there done that sort of thing now.

Anyhow.  So again, looking for a sports rpg/sim/strategy game where you play as only a player or coach and have no control over other players or coaches.

I actually forgot to add that in my list...had that game a day or two after it came out and uninstalled it a day or two after that.   Great idea but as usual, EA has no clue how to implement great ideas.

I figured you had already played it. Besides a few flash game that's all I can think of.
