I can see it now, put beer-powered Dwarf-bots in terrorist infested town, have a DF player control the bots (complete with unintuitive interface, of course) from afar, and then have the player make the robots build a mega construction involving magma and water. Invariably, the end result would be burning terrorists and robots.
A weaponized DF would be an aggressively fun and violently immersive game. It swallows all troops with no regard for alliances, even entire countries.

Oh, wait, we have that already.
