Conservative Ghosts, obviously, if the tone of the crime readoff is anything to go by.

went ahead and poked around the source code...

...and two things:
1) I'm still working out just how to get a second count of prison escape on a person. I think I know how to get it multiple times normally, but I don't recall busting anyone out of jail BEFORE they were declared guilty.

2) There appears to have been data corruption somewhere, which explains all those high numbers (but leaves the question of just WHY the 3 extortion counts didn't get corrupted)

There is only one logical answer.

The Liberal in question is actually none other than Jesus Christ (probably recruited as a hippie), the one who takes away all our sins... but doesn't evidently get rid of them himself.

Thank you, Kay12, now I have to make sure one of my characters has the real name "Jesus Christ" and make him cause integer overflow on every crime.

...actually, that would be funny. That and a completely crippled guy with the name Stephen Hawking as the head of the LCS.

...dammit, now I wanna restart the game just for Stephen Hawking.

And it all ends with a single count of loitering.
Loitering, you say?

I'm pretty sure that some of those are listed as one charge regardless of how many times you committed them. I think a grand total of 3 of them are treated as such, and all three are in that screenshot.

flag burning was legal at the time, as was "harmful speech".

jasonred79>>extortion is obtained by threatening a landlord for an apartment (and only if he calls the cops). if the landlord doesn't call the cops, you don't get the extortion crime and you get the room for free (with 0 rent), else you'll lose the apartment next month. As you can see, this happened 3 times with the same guy. It's one of those crimes you shouldn't get a lot of. Apparently, a good recruiter will reduce the chance of the landlord calling the cops.

WHAT??? There's something in the game I've never tried??? You can threated the landlord??? WOW! I even tried kidnapping him, didn't give me a free room, I'll try this one out for sure!

BTW, this makes the Profesional Thief start more worthless, since FREE apartment > expensive apartment.

Ok, I just tried, and failed to threaten the landlord. I can't even get an option to threaten the landlord! All it says is "rent a room" "accept/decline". Nothing at all about threatening the guy. So, how?

It's in the alpha of the next release.

Yes, there was something odd going on with your game, though I don't know what would have caused it. It's not just the high numbers on things like unlawful burial; the only way in the game to be charged with loitering is being sent to trial without any crimes, which is obviously not the case here.

How do you hire an illegal alien?

God DAMN I love this game!
