Well I don't really care, I don't think a single one of us is not lazy enough to crack each others codes.

I think normal spoilers is much better than this... If someone want to cheat he still can and the "code" only creates problems for honest players\spectators
I agree.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Think you could include the link to the page with the decrypter on each post?

It isn't about being lazy, it is about putting an obstacle between reading it. If you are cheating then you miss out on a whole lot of mystery. If you don't like secrets then there are plenty of completely public forum games out there. Any of the players could easily decipher everyone else's messages without guessing. Anyone else could probably decrypt them in under 4 attempts. The encryption is just a little aid to the honour system, if you can't handle the honour system then I offer my condolences...

I'd suggest actions by PM, summary of actions in main thread on Turn, for those of us who lurk and watch.
