Confirmation of "e"mbark command

Add a "have you completed preparations? y or n" confirmation question after the "e" for "embark" command. This must be the fourth or fifth time that I mistyped the "n see(ds)" or "n me(at)" on the provisions screen and embarked before I was really ready.

And thirded (is that a word?), when I know exactly what I want I've forgotten to type the 'n' several times.  It's annoying, but my own fault.

Grek:
Make it require an uppercase E.

MindSnap:
ctrl-e would be even more foolproof - you can't even spEll something wrong that way.
