I appologize for performing some vile Forum Necromancy here, but this idea is too cool to let it drift into obscurity.

Meph, have you put much thought into this setup recently? It could be really entertaining. I'd second Hidden Scum Roles (might need to tweak some, given that you've proposed some already), but Open Town roles. It'd give the matches a different sort of feel than Paranormal Mafia: the Town would be gradually uncovering the mystery of what is wrong in the town, in the finest traditions of horror movies. You can pull new Scum roles as necessary from folklore, movies, stories, etc. Frankenstein's Monster (perhaps coupled with a Dr. Frankenstein?), Innsmouth-esc cultists, a Wendigo, a Witches Coven, etc.

Most likely, you'd want to hand-pick the setup for each match, but it'd be like an Interactive Horror Movie. This could honestly be really neat, and if someone could pull it off, I'd wager you could Meph.

I've decided to go with Open Town roles and Closed Scum/3rd party.

Currently polishing everything up and deciding on what goes in for the first round. I'm also working on a new balance script based off the Paranormal one.

Current plan is to start Monday.
