LCS: Buying Cars

So it's about time in the the Liberal Crime Squad's grand crusade to reach the areas of town where one requires a car... there's only one problem. I don't know how to get a car.

Now, before someone says "just by one, stupid" I've bought a car twice now, and even stolen one, I have LCS members who have the driving skill, yet I don't know how to tell them to drive the car. The person who stole the car still says they're on foot, the guy who bought the car still says they're on foot. The cars are nowhere in the equip menu... wtf do I do here?

Press V to go to Vehicles. From there you can assign squad members to drive cars.

I like the 1983 interface, though. It makes sure that all the terrible death throes of my fighters (and their victims) make me feel like absolute scum instead of being lost in sound effects.
