My dwarf hammerer adventurer had his heart torn apart by a kobold bronze spear.

He is still running around, painless, bloodless etc etc etc without a heart.

It is a little depressing though:

The saddest part is that until some medical bugs are fixed, no doctor can mend his broken heart :P

If you can find me a 10th Century doctor who can fix a shredded heart with the patient surviving, then I have some serious questions for my local hospital.
