rewalling area selection

Kind of an obvious one, for rewalling/flooring/etc we have to do one square at a time.  I'd like to specify an arbitrary space or length.

Mechanoid:
Toady knows about this. But he's on vacation so try to plan ahead to avoid laying out massive amounts of bCw/bCf ... or get a hotkey (program) setup to do all the dirty work for you.

Macro program is a good idea, been a while since I used one of those.  The only weird thing to consider in updating this is the distance calculation to nearest resource when showing the list of materials... I don't really care which side of the boundary it picks, I don't want the calculation to be any slowerThe macro thing wouldnt always be consistent, because the order of resources on the picklist changes.  Minor details though.
