This is a new token to add to weapons that couldn't reasonably be wielded by a large creature. A dwarven stiletto would be of little use to a Storm Giant. X is the size threshold for the weapon.

Luckily, I have taken defense classes against fresh fruit!  You are no threat to me!


As for the actual idea behind this thread, I do think that this is much needed.  But then, it still doesn't prevent said storm giant from gently taking off the dwarf's sock and then beating him to death with it.
